In addition to looking for ways to improve internal processes in each department, we focus on a transversal approach to the different departments, people, tools, and solutions.
In this way we can detect opportunities and improve inter-departmental output in the different project phases, providing a more rapid, stable flow with better quality outputs.
These in-company developments enhance the relationship and synergy of departments and the way they are organised, creating habits and “ways of doing” that become part of corporate culture.
Our commitment to in-house development permits the design of digital tools and solutions, increasing synergies and information availability, which in turn reduces re-work and information transfer, improving handovers during the different processes.

To this end we develop transversal flows in processes and tools:
Grupo LOBE has obtained the Certificate of Technological Innovation for the DIGICONS19 project, by the project certifying company, DNV-GL.
In this project a new tool is developed for the digitization and improvement of construction processes.
To carry it out, all the organizational areas have been involved transversally:
